I have removed and reinstalled my precats a couple times. It’s not the easiest job to reach those bolts. But I did find a tool combo that has worked the easiest.
It’s a shallow socket set from Amazon that can also leverage a 12mm ratcheting wrench as a driver;
This combo makes it easy to reach and torque down with your hands.
