Top dash bezel grill cracked

The top dash bezel grill was cracked so I just cut it all out and bought a black $3 mesh gutter cover from Home Depot. Used 6 push nuts to install the piece cut to fit over the hole.

Sweet! Mine is cracking to pieces as well so this was a timely post. assuming the push nuts are something from the misc bins at HD as well?

The ventilation grill and panel for my '01 Sport were in much worse condition. I had contemplated installing some aluminum grilling, but decided the panel was too far gone... due to UV exposure so I purchased a used one instead.
Outstanding idea....

You recall what size push but you used? Tried the smallest from Ace but no lunch so far.
