Hi everyone! I'm going to be changing my throttle position sensor soon, and I was wondering what is the actual size of the torx bit to get the screws out. Some people are saying it is a T20 while others are saying it's a T25.

My '98 TJ with the 4.0 in it used a T20. I'd recommend you just buy a set (they're fairly cheap), as there are a number of Torx head fasteners in the TJ, and you'll likely need one at one time or another. 
Buy yourself an entire set of torx bits. You'll need most all sizes up to and especially the T-55 size. Rarely is the T-55 included in most sets so you'll likely have to buy it separately.
X2 on the advice to stick with a Mopar TPS. Store brand sensors are rarely worth installing. It too 3 Autozone oil pressure senders one Sunday before I finally got one that worked correctly years ago. That's when I finally stopped buying store brand sensors.

Sound advice. When my TPS malfunctioned I replaced it with a mopar one and it hasn’t given me any problems. And that was about 18 months ago. It’s pretty Easy to change.
Indeed, I left that off my post. I paid right at $125 for solar TPS, I can tell it now runs smoother especially thru lower rpm accelleration
And hopefully the new Mopar TPS will stop the sputtering and hesitation after warm start ups. So far so good..
If it only sputters and hesitates once the engine is warmed up your issue is more likely caused by a bad O2 sensor. A bad TPS would cause problems when the engine is cold or warm. The O2 sensors are ignored when the engine is cold.
Thanks Jerry, I'll monitor things and see how she runs, I have a new O2 sensor ready to be installed just in case
