Track Bar Bushing Question - figuring out size bushing needed

i am looking for advice on how to determine what size front track bar bushings I need. Are all Track Bar Bushings the same size? I don't know what type of track bar I have but it appears to be adjustable. My jeep has a 4" suspension lift. Forgive me for my ignorance, I am new to this. All help appreciated.

Get a picture of the track bar. Someone here may recognize it and point you in the right direction on what manufacturer to call.
