Looking at getting a rock Krawler adjustable track bar for the front of my Jeep do I need the bracket or just the Bar?

No aftermarket passenger-side bracket should be installed on a front track bar. Depending on how the driver's side of the trackbar mounts you may need a bracket for that side but don't install a dropped driver's side track bar mount. The driver's side mount should be at the same height as the OE mount is.

Those are the OE Mopar mounts which is the best way to mount most track bars. Ask Rock Krawler if their track bar requires a different driver's side mount and so long as it is not a "dropped" style, order it if it requires it. Ask them if it requires a "dropped" mount which would cause me to hang up and find a different track bar like from Currie or JKS. A non-dropped driver's side mount from Rock Krawler would be ok if it is required. Verify if their mount, if required, is dropped (not desirable) or non-dropped (desireable).

By dropped, I mean a bracket that substantially lowers the mounting point from that of the OE factory installed mounting bracket.

Ok thank you so much may just go with Currie I just ordered their control arms and savvy 3in springs. just trying to do it all right the first time!
