So I’m sitting waiting for the tow truck after my transmission blew out all it fluid. I got underneath and could find no sign of a broken line so where else could a major fluid loss come from?

My bet is one of the two rubber transmission ATF cooler hoses, just in a location that's not easily seen.

I suppose that could be. There is fluid blown everywhere from the rear of the transmission pan back

I FINALLY got the jeep home and found that fluid gushed out of this hole but I couldn't find anything that belonged in the hole. No hose, sensor, wire or plug. anybody know what is supposed to be plugging that hole?

Ok, after I posted the picture and question, it occured to me that someone had given me a 42lre for an '06 Rubi to use as a core. So I went out and rooted around in my shed. It turns out there's a little cheap pressed in aluminum plug in that hole. Anybody have any idea where to get a replacement? I haven't been able to find the part anywhere on line
Those transmissions were made by two different manufacturers, I doubt those plugs are interchangeable.
