Thanks !!!!Pretty sure I can dig up 6. They will go out in the morning.
Not at all. They look like some of the import wheel bolts with a countersink under the hex head that mates into a dimple on the belly skid.Aren't these your run of the mill 1/2x13 bolts?
Well I'll be damned, I learned something new today. Not at all. They look like some of the import wheel bolts with a countersink under the hex head that mates into a dimple on the belly skid.
I suspect you already knew it, just didn't click unless you never worked on a 97-02 TJ belly skid.Well I'll be damned, I learned something new today.
Yes, but even then, the drop bolts should have had a countersunk washer under the head.Or never worked on one that no one else has worked on before.
My 99 TJ had a transfer case drop when I bought it so I never saw the bolts the factory used.
I've owned and worked on way too many, just didn't click I guess. Maybe it's my old age kicking in.I suspect you already knew it, just didn't click unless you never worked on a 97-02 TJ belly skid.
I guess free is way too much.
I provided the link as a visual for those who were uncertain of what makes those bolts special. I think free is a great deal! My motto is:I guess free is way too much.
