Trek top again lol

Can I use my original soft top header channel and rear bar on an aftermarket Trek top style soft top? and if so will they fit with all common brands?

If it helps, I bought a Trektop NS second hand and noticed the rear bar it came with didn't fit properly leaving a big gap between it and the tailgate, I fitted my OEM rear bar in stead and it's not leaking anymore but It's a very tight fit making it difficult getting the bar back into place.
