Trim out options with no floor console

Just installed the BedTred in two TJ’s. Mine has the floor console in and looks great. We ordered the no console version for my Father-in-law, but the only difference was the piece below the arm rest wasn’t cut out. There was no material up around the shifter to finish it out.

I’ve tried to talk him into a short console to trim things out, but he doesn’t want anything there. Thought some of you may have some creative ideas on trimming out that area with no floor console. Any ideas, products or pics of what you have done?

Interesting. I have the Bed Rug with no console and it covers the area. Maybe they boxed it incorrectly??

Hmmm can you take a picture of the shifter and 4WD lever area? The front two pieces didn’t come together around that area, but the rear piece was noticeably different between the two.
