Trouble installing new Flagship One PCM

I have fitted a flagship 1 ECU to my TJ and removed the immobiliser but the key is still dead. There seems to be no power from the key to the starter but it will start by crossing the starter with a screwdriver and runs fine. Is there a wire that l have missed or should be connected somewhere?

Need help please, I need to get my TJ going again

Why did you remove the immobilizer? The key is probably connected to it some how.
