Turn signal sets off high beams

So every time I flick my right hand turn signal on it also turns my high beams on. Ive done a little research and from what I could I need to replace the multifunctional lever. Just curious if this has happened to anyone else and what you have done to fix it.

Not at work, so I don't have a wiring diagram, but does the high beams come on with the hazard lights?

Sorry for the late reply, no the high beams do not come on when I put my hazards on

About the only thing that could cause that is the multifunction switch, I'd replace it with a good quality replacement. For critical parts like that I'd go with the OE Mopar switch like at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006WONLM2/?tag=wranglerorg-20

Yes I know Autozone etc. sells aftermarket replacements for less $$$ but their quality and longevity is a crapshoot.

Ok, that eliminates a ground issue so out probably is a multifunction switch. Good luck, let us know.

I have had two vehicles do that, on a VW I had the wipers came on as well. Both times muti function switch. X2 on Jerry's comment on OEM.
