UCF Ultra Clearance Steel Bumper Winch Plate?

Does anyone know if the UCF Steel Ultra Clearance Front Bumper needs a winch plate or is it predrilled as long as you add on the fairlead mount?

Most bumpers should come pre drilled for a winch and it looks from the stock photo that it has pre drilled holes. I’ve had really quick response times when emailing those guys.

I believe @Irun has one of these on one of his (many) TJ/LJ's. He might have some insight.

Ps. I have the aluminum UCF ultra clearance and it was predrilled.
