Undercarriage fluid recommendations? Differential & transfer case

I just replaced entire suspension, brakes, steering, dampers, etc with a 2.5” lift. Now I need to swap all the fluids in the 2003 250K 4.0L Wrangler X 5 speed

My buddy who runs a shop told me 75w140 for both diffs and , ATF4 for the transfer case. Is this correct?

Anyone have a thread on this here with recommended fluids and process??? I want the best fluids synthetic if possible, dont need to be Royal Purple but something better then basics
