USA Standard vs Yukon Chromo Inner Shafts

Looking at getting chromoly inner shafts. The USA standards and Yukons seem to be exactly the same. What's the reason not to get the cheaper ones?

Heat treated might be different, I bet most of the forgings are very similar, so most of the difference are machining and heat treatment.
