V8 swapped TJ, $12k, Northern NM

Local ad on Facebook. I don't know the guy, but a coworker knows him. I believe he works for the National Park Service. Coworker says his hobby is building up vehicles. After they get finished he tends to get bored of them and sells them. I'm not sure of the quality of work, but it looks like a fun rig! If I hadn't JUST built my jeep, I'd seriously consider buying this one.

Not a bad price, but I'm guessing that's quite a project.

Also, the 8.8 is silly. I wish people would let that swap go once and for all.
