Vibration when starting to go on reverse

Hi Jeep friends, today my 06 4.0 Rubi started to have some strange vibration when starting to move on reverse. It only happens while it starts to move after I shift to reverse and start to depress the accelerator. Any ideas on where I can start the diagnostics??

... forgot to mention, the vibration disappears once I move a couple of feet. It sounds more like rubbing (not metal to metal grinding)

Thanks, even if it´s only doing it on the first few feet when I go on reverse?? What would I look for, wear signs, lack of lube?

The fact that it’s only in reverse made me think it, but the sound is a dead giveaway. It really can’t be mistaken for anything else.
