Man I have been having consistent issues for 6-8 months with water coming into the passenger side floor board and the HVAC/fan not working.

It seems to re related to the rain and not A/C.

Things I’ve checked:
1. Under the cowl (not clogged)
2. A/C drain has the little elbow tube
3. Replaced passenger side door weather seal
4. Flex sealed where dryer out foam where A/C and tubes run into firewall

I’ve heard water swooshing about on the passenger side and my A/C went out again. Checked and the blower motor resistor (brand new) was rusted out there was water sitting near where the blower motor fan is.

Anyone have ideas on what’s letting the water through? Really sucks to have no A/C and water/mildew smell

Pulled the ac drain rubber off and nothing happened. Ran a wire hanger through and a good bit of water poured out. I had done this before and nothing came out.

There was no resistance and no debris came out of the drainage tube. Is it just overflow from what came in through the blower motor?
