I had a slight transmission fluid leak where the hose connects to the radiator. Replaced the hose, took it around the block, all worked good. Today though it’s now making this terrible chirping noise, no idea what it is..

Sounds like the serpentine belt. Probably has fluid on it or something. It should go away so I wouldn't worry.
Ah that’s very possible, I had fluid spray all in the engine bay and tried to clean it the best I could.
