I didn't find much information online about this topic, so here is a quick post about putting tiny tires on a TJ. This is as much a joke thread as it is informational.

Why?
Imagine you have a lifted Jeep:

Once upon a time, you could barely fit this Jeep into your garage. Then you slap on 5" of lift and 35s (hopefully OUTSIDE the garage) and you can no longer fit through the door because you're now 7" too tall.

So now what?
You could get an AiRock suspension for 6 grand, OR you could skip leg day:

"Oh look! A penny!"

And now, you can fit with room to breathe!

Jokes aside, here are the actual numbers:

Vehicle specifications:
2006 TJ Rubicon
4" Savvy SL with LJ rear springs, 1.25" BL, 35" tires on Moab rims
Super 16 Big Brake Kit
1.25" wheel spacers

Mini wheels:
15x5JJ Dexstar rims

This rim and tire combination comes out to be about 21X6.5R15. The Dexstar rims barely fit over the Super 16 BBK with the 1.25" spacers, and fit over the stock rear brakes without issue.
As a result, it drops the entire car 7" compared to 35s. My garage is 73.5" at the opening, and I got in with at least an inch to spare.

And that concludes the poor man's regear.

wow. I had 35's and a 6" lift on a full size Bronco that I had to air down to get into the garage; this is another level.
