What are these plugs for?

Hey Jeep family,
While trying to figure out why my vent selectors aren't working today I came across these 2 things... One that looks like a tube should be on it and the other something electrical plugged into it... Help this noob out?

I have the same thing on my 2000 SE. Firewall by battery. The tube is the AC condensate drain. Dunno know what the wire is for. My plug is red...ha.

The electrical plug resembles an O2 sensor connector, but mine were all on the drivers side.

That would be the plug for the LP switch on the accumulator for AC equipped Jeeps, and there will be others (ac clutch and HP switch) near the front of the engine.

Passenger side firewall... right behind the battery tray.
