What axles do I have in my 1997 jeep wrangler

Just bought it on monday and am trying to figure out what axles i have.

Dana 35 rear (I think, but it should have a fill hole, but I don't see it, plus it has been trussed for reinforcement, maybe is a replacement), Dana 30 front.

The rear doesnt look like any dana 35 i have ever seen

Edited my post. Looks to be a replacement axle, with a truss added. Someone else will need to chime in...

Ok. See from what i was lookin just off google searches i was thinking it was a ford 8.8

You're right, it does. Not sure how to confirm, though.

Looks like a Ford 8.8 in the rear, and of course a Dana 30 in the front.

Ok thank you thats what i thought.. now im happy i dont have to do the 8.8 swap lol

Yep, not bad at all! The Dana 44 and 8.8 are both excellent rear axles to have on a TJ. You got lucky with that!

Curious, how much lift does it have? It just seems a bit odd that someone would go through the trouble of a 8.8 swap but run stock control arms.

I am not sure but i think its a 4inch. I know its a rough country lift
