SO because I love this place so much (over JeepForum), I was hoping for some guidance here. The radio (head unit specifically) in my wife’s 2012 Grand Cherokee Laredo crapped out. It’s the super basic version like something my ‘97 Dodge came with. What can I replace it with that’s plug and play? We do not need/want anything fancy and the factory unit would suffice honestly, but cheaper than $170 would be clutch. Or something better for the same price (navigation and back-up cam would be sweet) would be nice. Been driving for over a year with no tunes and now with kid 2, music is nice on a car ride. My 2 1/2 year old knows the “music is broken in Mommy’s Jeep” lol. Thanks fellas/ladies.
