What could be the cause?

So a few weeks back I noticed a drip on the driveway that was in an area close to my jeep. I thought originally that it was just something I didn't clean up well when I did a fluid swap in the transfer case as well as replaced the pinion seals for the front and rear diffs. Fast forward a couple more days and that spot began to grow but It was underneath the rear corner of the driverside. Can someone please explain to me why I have an oily substance dripping from the corner of the jeep?

I was thinking that the fill hose to the gas tank or the sending hose from the gas tank is starting to wear out and that fuel is wicking through the hose and giving me some sort of oily substance.

Does it smell like fuel? Hard to tell but that fuel hose clamp looks a bit wet. Could also be from the axle breather tube?

No, it doesn't smell like fuel at all. It never crossed my mind that it could be from the breather hose from the rear diff. I'll have to investigate this. It didn't start till I replaced the diff fluid. Hmmm, you might be onto something.

Yeah I'd start there, since your brake lines/rims look dry so probably isn't brake fluid or axle seals, and if that was fuel you would definitely smell it. If I remember correctly the vent for the diff is up by the fuel inlet.
