What H4 bulbs would you recommend with these headlights?

I want to sell my barely used WHDZ LED's I purchased a month or so ago, and go back to halogen. I just don't like the look of my Jeep with these, and they are really blinding, not to just cars but pedestrians too.

I'm looking into the Hella H4's; https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B001G76Q2W/?tag=tjforum-20

What bulb would you recommend running with these? Also do I need to get the headlight wiring harness upgrade?

Thanks! I would imagine these are quite bright white lights though correct?

I'm looking for yellow/amber. Possibly these, but no good preview: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B078SGR4T1/?tag=tjforum-20

Also I need to order a new set of adjustment screws for both buckets...any idea where I could purchase these? Mine are completely seized & stripped, and my lights are horribly aimed currently.

The Philips +130 bulb is slightly whiter in color temperature than the standard H4 which makes it appear brighter but not nearly as white as LED headlights.

Your link to "amber" bulbs is to Hella +100 H4's, which the product description represents as 100% brighter.

My guess is that the Hella +100 and Philips +130 are variations of the same theme - slightly whiter than a standard 60/55w H4 bulb .

You will not need a wiring kit for any of these because they are all 60/55w bulbs, the same wattage as the factory sealed beams.

I would get some E-code housings if you can.

Also do I need to get the headlight wiring harness upgrade?

It's only required if you run higher wattage bulbs. Some report better output from a harness over the OEM wiring but the jury's still out on that.

stay away from any bulb with the blue coating on the glass

I don't know if those are available separately. You may have to buy the whole adjustment ring.

Emailed Daniel Stern, and he got back to me fairly quickly considering the time and in great detail.

Suggested Koito H4 lamps (apparently significant step up in quality for a marginal price increase than Cibie) and +120 60/55w H4 bulbs by Tungsram.

This past weekend I put in the Philips +130 bulbs myself and love them! I had a bulb slowly dying so got these new ones off Amazon. Ended up replacing the wiring pigtails as well. Both were cracked.

How have these bulbs held up? Still happy with them?
