What intake manifold did you use with your LS swap?

Anyone that has done an LS swap in their TJ, what intake manifold did you use? I am swapping in a 5.3L (LM7) and I am wondering if the stock truck manifold will be too tall to work in the Jeep. Thanks.

What about the oil pan? Where you able to use the oil pan that came stock with the 5.3l or an aftermarket one for better clearnace?
 
I am using the stock one. It does sit lower than I like but I do have a skid plate for it. Been through Rubicon and several other trails with big rocks. Been ok so far. Aftermarket one will give you more clearance for sure though.
