What is the color of the steering wheel?

What is the color on the steering wheel. Is it not BLACK? I keep seeing black but they call it agape maybe? All TJ's had the black steering wheel except for the Sahara's?

Mine is dark grey. Agate. nearly black, but not quite.

Is that the standard "color" for the steering wheel. Cannot find any information on the online.

Think it depends on the year, or year range. I want to say my 97 TJ was lighter gray. Current is an 05.
