What is the coolest car or truck you have ridden in

For @Zorba

Most recently, a big block powered IFS Triton Engineering car.

I have been in a few SFA 4400 and 4500 cars with 100% dialed in suspension. You can go fast but you are limited. And I have co driven UTVs that could do 100+, but this is different.

In a big boy IFS car it is such an odd sensation at first to just go as fast as you want. We would go out just to play and I would have my helmet and NecksGen on. Calling out MPH and other things at 100+ while not getting beat up was super awesome :D

Would absolutly love to co drive one of these, but Im not man enough to get a spare out the back and back in by myself anymore 🌈

When I was 17 years old my Dad rented this for us to drive in Hawaii. Then he tossed me the keys and said "have fun".

I almost died, literally

Ended up doing a 360 in an intersection and going off the road almost into a guard rail. This was in Maui.

Thought that was Eminem in the pic

"Coolest car" is very subjective and hard to chose, but one of the fastest cars I've been in was an Evo 8.

The fastest accelerating (street) car was a friends Evo. He bought the car from some company out in CA (either one of the magazines or a product development company) and the car had been track prepped with a built engine, a sequential gearbox, weight reduction, gears and differential work. He had two tunes for the car, a pump gas tune that made somewhere around 550 hp, and a C16 race fuel tune that ran up around 650 hp. 0-140 mph, that was the fastest accelerating street legal car I've ever ridden in.

A yellow version of this.

Sorry but I had to

When I was in high school the phone was plugged into the wall of the house, and it stayed there.

That's too much for zorba. He needs the phone to be in a booth a block away. :sneaky:

That reminds me, I can't remember the last time I seen an operational payphone or a phone booth.

In 1989 my girlfriend had a convertible BMW 325i. I drove it all summer top down. Had a blast.

In 1995 I was able to drive a friend’s 1993 RX7 TT. The turbo lag was apparent, but when it caught up it shot forward. For a long time it was my favorite car, and then I learned it showed up in F&F with a $25,000 body kit and it became my kids favorite car.

My brother-in-law got into the F150 lightnings. He had three of them. Drove and rode in them a bunch. They were variously tuned and modded.

My father-in-laws C6. He had two different one’s Drove both, and one of them quite a bit.

One of my buddies now is undyingly sold out to the Nissan Skyline GTR. I haven’t driven it, but I rode with him in it. It’s crazy to watch him shift with his left hand.

Most recently, a friend got an Emira. I have not driven it or even got to ride in it, but I will!

My wife’s new Dodge Durango R/T Plus Hemi. It’s fun too.

E30 is dope

The rubberbandiness of older turbo cars is big fun. Newer cars with all their fancy VGT stuff don't have it as much which is "good" but not as exciting
