What is the long blue 2-point seat belt in the rear for?

There is a long 2 point blue seat belt in the rear of my jeep. I dont know if its stock or the PO put it in. What is it for.

Thats the seatbelt for rear seat passengers.

Those are for your rear seat passengers. The latch ends are in the middle of your floor, and tuck into the rear seat when it's in.

Wish I had a better pic. I'll get one when I get home. If you look close. There is a 3rd seat belt that's blue. I'm not talking about the 2 passenger seat belts. There is a 3rd very long blue lap belt. That goes all the way across the rear cab.
