What is this 2-wire connector behind the battery?

Before I go digging through wire diagrams I wanted to see if someone here already knew the answer. I found this connector disconnected behind my battery. I connected it, but I don’t know what it goes to or comes from, do any of you?

Probably the battery temperature sensor.
