I don’t have a picture yet, but there is a plastic trim piece that covers the wiring harness beside the drivers seat. It extends the whole doorway and ends right under the dash. What is this piece called or even better yet, what is the part number? Mine broke and I need to get it replaced... Thank you!

I'm not sure what it's called, but I guarantee you it's no longer in production, and you won't be able to get one new from the dealer. Your best bet is eBay or an auto wrecking yard.
I believe what you are describing is the Jeep Wrangler TJ Drivers Side Wiring Cover Protector Sill Trim. Part numbers: 55217194AB and 55352706AA.
