Had a front brake caliper lock up on me today. Going to replace both front calipers. I figure while I’m at it I may as well put quality pads on. Most of our rides involve mountains. This is not my daily driver. Appreciate suggestions on pads

Most everyone in this forum will tell you to go with @mrblaine and black magic brake pads and rotors….they really work …I just put some on last month….won’t send you any decals though

I have the BMB pads and Centric rotors. Got a good deal for the parts from our purple TJ friend.

Ya'll really need to quit using powder coated calipers. They can't coat around where the dust boot seats so they start rusting in that groove, the rust pushes the dust boot into the piston and causes it to stick. Always just get plated stuff, not powder coated.
