My guide shows Bosch 69316 for the fuel pump itself for a 2003 4.0 as well. Amazon shows it correct too... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000BZL922/?tag=wranglerorg-20

The above mentioned Bosch 67726 for the entire fuel pump assembly is correct too, it includes everything including the enclosure, fuel gauge sender, and fuel pressure regulator. The 67726 would be easier to install though it costs more. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001C64PWU/?tag=wranglerorg-20
What about an 02 4.0? Amazon says the pump fits but not the full assembly

It won't hurt anything to cycle the pump as many times as it needs to get fuel up the the engine. :)
