What should I have my mechanic look for?

Bringing my new 2003 Jeep TJ into the mechanic to just give the whole thing a look and see if there’s any issues. Any specific areas I should mention for him to look at with more detail? It about 90,000 miles in it right now.

Have him check the entire underside for rust. I'd also encourage him to take a look at the condition of the cooling system, all the fluids, spark plugs, and especially O2 sensors, all of which should be replaced as a part of routine, scheduled maintenance.

Also rear main seal, rear end diff, front diff, valve cover gaskets..

Get any leaks dealt with. Catalytic converters, and general exaust system condition. Anything under the Jeep is a whole lot easier to do on a lift than in the driveway.

It has a RMS leak and I’ve been worried about a leak somewhere along the exhaust. That’s a good point though I’ll have him just do a more detailed look at the stuff under the Jeep that’s difficult to do in the driveway, thanks.
