What should I upgrade next?

I've heard bad things about a body lift though. I'm scared that if I raise it up 1.25" ill have problems with my gas thing not reaching the body, my shifter(i have the 5 speed) getting stuck in places

All of that is solvable or a non issue. Keep reading and pay attention to what many of us are doing with our 1.25" body lifts.

also, what makes the savvy body lift better than the JKS one?

The JKS is made out of relatively soft polyurethane and it will compress when tightening the bolts down. Due to this compression you can't get a proper torque. Additionally, uneven compression of the several body mounts can lead to distortion of the tub showing up as rippled panels. The Savvy is not compressible under normal applications so you can get a proper torque and even lift height across all body mounts which avoids the body distortion and also comes into play if you eventually do a belly-up skid plate.

I, and several other members, purchased the JKS due to our ignorance of the issues. I had the JKS removed and the Savvy installed when I had my LJ built by mrblaine.
