What type of transmission do i have???

I own a 2000 Jeep TJ Sport with a manual 5 speed. I believe I have the NV3350 transmission and I should be good putting redline MTL in it but wanted to make sure! I recently had my transmission looked at and the mechanic said there were two types of transmissions used.
