I would just look at Facebook, CL, bring a trailer, auto auctions, and sometimes even the TJ forum for sale ads. KBB is more of a guideline than anything else and especially in today's market is going to be off quite a bit. You can always ask a bit high then lower the price. Look at jeeps selling in your area closely, inspect them in person and check to see what happens to them (sold v.s. ad expired). You can also post pictures of your jeep and have the guys here take a look. We love to judge but also give fairly accurate appraisals.
