Curious if someone knows where I can download one for an 05 Rubicon?

Let me look. They are available online for sure.

You can get them by year here. They charge for them, but it's only like $8.

Or go to:
http://www.jeepslimited.com/index.php

Create an account and log in. You can download the Factory Service Manual for free. I think that's where I got mine at.

Yup, just checked the Jeeps Limited site. They have the 2005 TJ FSM for download, all 50+ megs of it.

Have fun with it, reading that thing will make your eyes bleed.

I figure it's needed since I'm in the process of doing the Currie lift install and need to know a bunch of torque specs.

My tj came with its original manual from 03,
I'm assuming I'm the only one with the original manual? And maintenance checklists. XD

You probably are. But that manual you're referring to is the owners manual most likely, not the service manual.

It came with two. I can post pics in the a.m.
It came in a leather case and everything. My camry didn't even come with a manual or spare key. My jeep came with everything like it was new.

Hang on to that stuff. It always adds value in my opinion!

I ordered my when the jeep was new. The FSM came on a CD, the wiring diagrams came in a hard bound manual. Both have been extremely handy over the years.

Go thru your Jeep/Chrysler dealer. Sold hard copy or DVD. Hard copy is double the disc price.
There are a lot of cheap alternates but the FSMs cost like $100.00.
Would you trust less?
