I broke what I believe is the fuel management valve while dropping my tank in my 04. Can’t find a new or used one anywhere. Does anybody have any leads or even one laying around they would part with. Picture attached of valve needed.

That thing is part of the whole spider that goes over the tank. You can find them on ebay. You might search car-part.com for a local salvage yard or call Daveys Jeep if nobody here has one. If you just broke a hard line you really should try to patch it with a rubber hose if you have two ends to work with. I don't think any of those lines are designed to be removed from the valve so if you just get the valve you're going to have to figure out how to re-attach everything anyway.

What were the signs that it was broken? My system sounds like a cow mooing. Air pressure hight in my gas tank. almost blows the gas lid off

You're almost 2 years late responding.
p.s. . My wife sounds like that after eating Mexican food. 🤫

I only found your post this morning. I have a stopped up problem i think. I run fine. when i cut the key off my tj sounds like a dead mooing cow. Air is in my gas tank. so much air. if i take the gas cap off it stops moowing & hissing. because all the pressure comes out of the tank instead of the evap. Any ideas ???? Ty.
