Where do these connections go to?

2001 TJ SE, replaced heater core, putting dash back on ..can’t recall where these are connected on odb 2 or separate

Either the firewall (tub) itself or the metal dash support. They're grounds so I'm not entirely sure it will matter as long as they're grounded.

Someone else will hopefully chime in with the more specific place to mount them, but they bottom line is that they are ground connections and I really don't know that it makes a difference.

Check below the speaker like in the picture below. There’s one on each side.
