Found this in the engine bay and have no idea why it is taped and where it goes. Jeep runs great so I'm not sure of its function. Anyone know the locations of all the grounding straps?
Where does this grounding strap go?

I zoomed in and all I saw was the hand to tape grounding strap. I'm not sure what it does or why. It's location is very near the center of the picture. I did some Where's Waldo action but I couldn't find the location of any other grounding straps in that picture, they must be hidden really well. Maybe they're hanging out with the intake tube which I also couldn't find.

I just had the hood repainted last week and it looks like the body shop taped the end and left it hanging in the engine bay.

I was adding some insulation to the fuel rail. All finished now. Thanks again for the help, it turns out the body shop didn’t hook up the windshield washer sprayer either.
