Which Blower Motor Resistor?

Well, I would say it definitely needed to be replaced. Put in new one and I have all 4 fan speeds, yay! Used car quest part RUC1012 from Advance Auto. They had it in stock lol.

Replaced mine tonight with the one below. Have all speeds back.
