Hi all - going to be in Tulsa this weekend, does anyone know if White Water ORV is open/accessible? Seeing conflicting reports online.

I'd never heard of it before your post...I'm not able to find any more reliable information than what you have. Looks like a lot of mud though, which isn't really my thing.
