Why is this Dana 44 so cheap?

I've been casually looking at going the 44 route instead of the Super 35 route - I came across this not too far away and $500 seems to pretty cheap compared to the others that I've seen. What do you all think?

I may be wrong, but it looks like you would need to convert to a 3 link suspension as well to make that truss work. Would definitely add to the cost.

Stock upper control arm mounts are gone, but other than that looks ok.

pretty heavy trim to the lower spring pads, new upper CA brackets as mentioned. possibly lowers if they have been altered.

truss appears to be twisted
