I have a Yakima spare tire mount bike rack. Holds two bikes. Haven't used it in years, but it is still in great shape. Mount has been sleeved and extended to work with a wide tire and rim. These go for around $400 new, selling for $75

Found the rest of the parts last weekend for alternate bolt patterns and skinnier spare. Run on your TJ or the family SUV
