Yet another flasher issue

So my first post was about flasher relay...
I have switched over to LED tails, popped the EP27 LED relay in and boom, hyperflash...still.
So I thought I'd try the EP26 since I already bought it, still, hyperflash.
Now the kicker of this to me is I forgot to turn the key off when I was switching them out and it kept flashing!!! WTF?!
Hazards flash normal, even w/ the relay out.
Couldn't find anything w/ the Googles.
'98 TJ 4.0 manual if anybody has delt w/ this.
Multi function switch maybe?

What a dumbass. I pulled the wrong relay. Everything works fine now.

EP26 is for 97-00 model years (relay mounted to firewall). Technically you can even modify the factory relay if your jeep falls in this range. LM470 is only for 01-06, where it’s part of the multifunction switch. They are also differentiated by pin count - EP26 is 4 (factory for 97-00 is 4), LM470 is 5 (factory for 01-06 is 5).

EP27 is the wrong choice and the one NOT to buy.
