I've tried searching here and Google, but I'm having no luck. My driveway is a sight slope. When there is snow on it I'm having issues. If my Jeep is backed into the garage and I can drive down it no problem. However, if I back down it I can't brake. Pressing the brakes causes the Jeep to start sliding, all the way into the road. It honestly doesn't feel like it has the best brakes, but I'm not sure how they should feel in a 17 year old Jeep with oversized tires. I blew a rear wheel cylinder over the summer so I replaced both sides. Twisting off the steel brake line on both sides, so I replaced those a well with factory lines from the dealer. While I was doing this I also replaced the rubber line that drops down to the axle, thinking maybe it was old and starting to rot and clog up. Bled the system until I started getting clean brake fluid out of both when cylinders. No improvement in braking though. And I just slid down my driveway again. Looking out my window, the fronts are locked up and the back wheels are turning. I'm pulling my hair out on this one.
