WTB: Rust free TJ

On the hunt in the Midwest. Have looked at 643 different tjs that are not rust free. Closer to stock the better but im willing to change whatever poor decision mods into what I want. Sub 200k miles. Must be 6 cyl. Must be manual. Open to shipping. I can arrange with cooperation of owner. Open to color Open to everything else lj and Rubicon are probably not in my budget but I like them...just needs to be clean as far as rot goes. Maybe a few less...the locals that are "non winter driven", "rust free" have flakey inner frames. After dealing with one I shouldn't have bought and shouldn't have put back together I need to be more selective this go around.

Here on the west coast it depends on engine, top etc but a clean rust free 4.0 tj with a hardtop with bring 12k all day long here

I don't get the rust on these things. I have a 99 Prerunner Tacoma, and a 99 TJ. Both never go out of the state of Florida. Tacoma is rust free, and the TJ has surface rust all under it. We all know that Tacomas rust like crazy so much that the company had to make a twelve year frame warranty.
