Electric burn smell into engine noise

Jeep TJ 4.0L with 206k~ miles on it. Automatic transmission. Purchased last May.

Yesterday, during an all day drive, I turned the AC on (for the fan, it doesn't blow cold). After about 20 minutes, got an electric burn smell coming through the vents that was quite odorous, even with the jeep wide open on a highway drive.

Runs fine mechanically, but yesterday night and this morning, I noticed a new engine noise. Not a mechanic at all (just learning from what issues I've had since purchasing the TJ and from what I've read here), but it looks like it might be coming from the Serpentine Belt? Could this be related to the burning smell? The burning smell seemed to disappear from when I was idling it this morning to make the following videos:




This is my daily so I'm hoping to either identify that it's safe to drive or fix it by Monday. Any help would be appreciated.

i'd be looikn at the A/C pump and pulley.

Photo the routing, Pull the belt, run it briefly and see what happens, then turn off and feel the pulleys for looseness, resistance, rough rotation, etc. - every one you can turn.

This^^^^right here. If you were running the a/c with no or low freon it could have locked up.
