JK or TJ?

White Sahara hands down!
I used to have one with a small lift and 33s. I preferred my desert sand Sahara though. You couldn't tell when it was muddy. :)

We’ve got a guy in the area with a white Sahara with about 45,000 miles that is just the bomb- i love em lifted with 33s
I just missed out on one before I bought my 65th :( Most people in Australia don't know the difference, a TJ is a TJ and no model variant or year is considered over another. Our base model was a Sport though and we didn't get the Rubi.

I used my brothers JK Rubi and didn't find myself wishing it was a TJ, in fact it was very enjoyable to drive.
Yep. Many like them and there have been some threads here making credible arguments they are more capable off road, too. They are just bigger and more complex, neither of which I prefer.

Bit of trivia : the 2005 and 2006 TJ was cheaper to buy in Australia than all the models before, The US dollar started to tank and that's why there are so many Golden Eagles and 65th in Australia! By 2008 I was still getting $1.00us for one aussie by 2012 I was getting $1.05 for one au$, now its 72c :(

Where the Fvck did you get that avatar?
Let me tell you a couple things about Sir Jerold Bransford of Jeepforumshire.

Take a knee son.

Sir Jerold acquired through a trade deal his first Jeep Wrangler. It was a red son of bitch. Brand new.

He replaced everything under the frame with a bunch of awesome shit. And it was awesome.

Off-road mag even did an article about his red tj.

It was then promptly taken from his possession by disciplined thieves. They just drove up with a tow truck, lifted the rear, and drove off. Probably under 60 seconds.

He now has a black tj rubicon and carries a gun.

My brother had a 05' TJ and 15' JK 4 door. The JK rode much better, had way more power and was comfortable on long trips. He rarely ever drove the JK and ended up giving it to his wife. He said the TJ was just way more fun to drive.
This is basically my story, except the JK I have is a 2-door. We came across a deal too good to pass up on a TJ, we bought it, I fell in love with it, and she took the JK. She prefers the added creature comforts of the JK, so it was a win win. I've hardly been in the JK since we added the TJ to the family.
