I have a 2004 Jeep Rubicon with 32,000 miles on it. I've been driving it several thousand miles with a annoying creaking sound every time I brake at slow speeds and right when I release clutch in first gear to accelerate, sounds like it's coming from the front of passenger side. Everything shifts fine, I try and move the Jeep around with the engine off and it doesn't make that noise, just slow speeds when braking and accelerating.

I assume it's lifted? If so, does it have aftermarket control arms? If they have poly bushings in them, they are notorious for creaking and making lots of noise. That's something to check!
Double check all suspension component torque, grease all lube points, check u joints, and trans mount. Report back afterwards.
It has a new Teraflex 3 inch lift (8 months ago) with the Teraflex lower control arms front and rear, Teraflex belly up skidplate with 1 inch body lift. I have lubed up just about everything I think. I will check again
If it has poly control arm bushings, hit em with some PB Blaster silicone or similar and see if that helps.
I’ve got a similar squeak. Is it ok to mix silicone spray and grease? I use Red n Tacky for grease.

Identical symptoms with my TJ, I just squirted some wd40 around the front passenger side body mount, creaking noise disappeared instantly
Needed to add more grease to the rear bushings and control arms, took about a half day of driving around for the grease to work through, don't hear that annoying creaking anymore so far...Thanks everyone! Just FYI, when I heard that noise, it sounded like it was coming from underneath the passenger side seat but it was actually coming from the rear
Glad you got it solved! I narrowed mine down to the lower control arm or body mount. Added a little grease to the control arm to confirm it was full and then sprayed some silicone spray around it. Also sprayed the body mount with silicone spray.
Ironically the squeak is worse after doing so! At least I know I’m in the right area.

Ok, found my squeak. The side step tube mount was rubbing against the body mount. Super hard to locate, actually found it when I was getting out from under the Jeep and used the step tube to push off. Just happened to be looking at that spot and saw the two metal pieces rubbing.
